We work alongside you and our trusted architect partners from the very beginning, so your project is designed with full knowledge of what it will cost before a single approval is sought.
When a builder is not involved in the design process, budgets are guesswork. Architects design for vision, not construction cost. Estimators work from square metres and linear rates.

Our Process
The Pride and Passion design and build process is built around one goal: getting you to construction with a design you love and a budget that holds. Every stage is managed with complete transparency and direct communication throughout.
We start by understanding your vision, your goals, and your budget. An honest conversation that sets the foundation for everything that follows and makes sure we are the right fit before anything begins.
We introduce you to the right architect for your project and help establish a clear brief. One that captures your vision while keeping budget and buildability front of mind from the very start.
As the design takes shape, Darren reviews every decision through a construction lens. Materials, methods, and costs are assessed in real time so the design never drifts beyond what can actually be delivered.
Before the project is lodged for approval, we provide a detailed cost plan. Our goal is to commit to within five percent of the final build cost at this stage, giving you genuine certainty before you proceed.
Once the design is finalised and costed, we assist with or manage the DA lodgement process, keeping everything on track and making sure nothing is left unresolved before construction begins.
With design approved and budget confirmed, we move straight into construction. Director-led throughout, with the same standard and personal accountability that Pride and Passion brings to every project it takes on.
